Okay, I just posted an article related to the common frustrations we hear from customers using Infusionsoft, Hubspot, Act-On and many other software applications.
When it comes to helping you make more informed decisions before you invest in any sales and marketing automation solution, we want to make a difference. We also want to help you make the most of the software you currently use as long as you feel it is a fit for your organization. We do get paid commissions and partner fees by some of our partners. Infusionsoft is currently one of them. But we are agnostic and completely objective when it comes to advising clients on the purchase and optimization of any application.
Hubspot Versus Act-On will be one of the next pieces I do for our Conversion Marketing Experts community of CEO’s, CMO’s, VP’s and small business owners. The reason for this is we are just in the process of setting up and test driving Act-On and we are super excited about their ability to deliver killer marketing data and tools for conversions and email marketing.
Hubspot we love because they are so dominant now. They have been true leaders in the content and inbound marketing world. Heck, they invented the category called Inbound Marketing. And they dominate to the extent we see our customers using often. Some love it. Some have mixed emotions. Some use and lose it just like any other software application that proves to be too frustrating and costly to make work.
We are not currently a partner with either Hubspot nor Act-On, although we have been in active discussions for a long time with both. We do maintain our Infusionsoft consultant certification and use the application for most of our automation, CRM, etc.
